Key Responsibilities :
SolidWorks 3D modelling and assembly design
Sheet metal, machined, plastic and enclosure design
Mechanical packaging of electronic products
PCB and component integration
Design of brackets, panels, fixtures and structures
BOMs, manufacturing documentation and revision control
Design reviews, tolerance verification and validation
Coordination with vendors and production teams
- Required Skills :
SolidWorks Parts, Assemblies, Drawings, Sheet Metal and Weldments
GD&T;, limits, fits and tolerances
DFM/DFA and manufacturing drawings
CNC machining, sheet metal, welding and finishing processes
Basic knowledge of injection moulding, extrusion and fabricated assemblies
- Preferred Experience :
Experience with industrial electronic equipment, control panels, HMIs, enclosures, automation equipment, machines or electrical assemblies is preferred.
Knowledge of PCB mounting,



connectors, displays, cooling, cable routing, IP-rated enclosures, EMC considerations and service accessibility will be an advantage.
Proficiency in configurations, design tables, exploded views, BOMs, interference detection, mass properties and STEP/IGES files is expected. SolidWorks Simulation, PDM or electrical-mechanical integration experience is a plus.
