Key Qualifications

Must-Have Expertise:
10+ years as an SAP HR Payroll consultant, especially in global, complex, and highly customized settings.
SAP HR Modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll (preferably Netherlands).
Experience with US and UK Payroll and Knowledge with Netherlands Payroll.
Extensive experience with Dutch payroll processes and legislation.
Strong command of PCRs and Schemas for payroll configuration.
Experience with interface integration, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC Time) for payroll.
Proven expertise with SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
Hands-on experience with data cleansing, scrambling, and conversion processes.




Demonstrated leadership in client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and delivering results under tight timelines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field (Masters preferred).
Proficiency in English is required.
