role & responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural design projects from inception to execution
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver integrated design solutions
Oversee design presentations,
Utilize 3D software for visualization and client presentation
Design and develop concept in 3 D and 2 D.
Be part of design of public buildings, housing , commercial , terminals, etc
Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch / M.Arch with 2 to 05 years of relevant experience.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (mandatory) and working knowledge of 3D software.
Valuable understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes.
