Role & responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with concerned departments.
Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for open positions.
Post vacancies on Naukri, job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
Coordinate joining formalities and required documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with HR documentation, attendance,



leave records, and employee-related activities.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Assist with performance review and appraisal-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR activities as assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable understanding of the recruitment process and HR functions.
Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Positive follow-up and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
