Job Description - Liaisoning

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in streamlining processes and implementing procedures for obtaining all Government Permissions and NOCs for various project locations.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and government officials to obtain the required approvals and permissions.
Understand and stay updated on government regulations, policies, amendments, and building bye-laws related to plan approvals.




Coordinate with the Design and Drafting teams and provide inputs from a regulatory and approval perspective.
Handle and execute building plan approvals and ensure timely completion of approval processes.
Maintain effective liaison with Design, Architecture, and Drafting teams for smooth project execution.
Coordinate with relevant authorities for statutory approvals and project-related permissions.
Maintain proper documentation and records of approvals, permissions, NOCs, and related correspondence.
Handle TDR Generation and TDR Utilization as per project requirements and applicable regulations.
Follow up with concerned authorities and consultants to ensure approvals are obtained within the required timelines.
