Role & responsibilities

Detailed JD:
Hands - on experience managing Microsoft 365 (M365) environments, including governance, security, and tenant configuration
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring
Robust experience in building architecture, presenting to Architecture Review Board to the client for approvals.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Entra and related identity technologies.
Familiarity with identity federation (ADFS), SSO, MFA and cloud identity solutions.
Proven experience leading AD-related projects, including migrations and integrations.
Experience with privileged access management and identity governance.
Positive knowledge of application authentication methods.
Design and document end-to-end infrastructure architectures including AD architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
Experience with domain migrations and application migrations.
Design and delivery of modern workplace programs such as Zero Touch provisioning, Intune Autopilot, Windows 11 deployment, and up-to-date management technologies.




Experience designing technology roadmaps, current state assessments, and target state enterprise architectures.
Strong stakeholder communication, executive level presentation, and product team collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience in SCCM/Intune/Mobile device management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSE).
Vendor/partner management and cross team alignment, including working with Microsoft product teams team alignment, including working with Microsoft product teams
Experience driving product vision, roadmaps, and feature/technology adoption strategies.
Experience architecting and delivering AI powered solutions, including chatbot/virtual agent development using Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
