Role & responsibilities
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build solid relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Lead sourcing strategies using talent intelligence and market insights to attract the right talent.
Act as a Trusted Advisor by confidently recommending solutions for challenging or niche hiring needs.
Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with explicit recommendations and relevant candidate insights.
Use candidate feedback and market challenges to adapt recruitment strategies, including current locations or talent pools.
Coach and mentor junior team members and support problem-solving.
Note: Candidate from BFSI/Investment banking/ Banking domain preferred
