Key Responsibilities:
Experienced Injection Mould Designer responsible for designing, developing, and improving injection moulds from initial concept through successful tool trials and production approval.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should have:
5+ years of hands-on Injection Mould Design experience
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die Engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die
Solid knowledge of SolidWorks/NX/AutoCAD
Valuable understanding of mould steels, HRS, shrinkage, GD&T;, mould flow, and engineering plastics
Practical experience with T0/T1/T2 trials and PPAP
Knowledge of Moldflow, PFMEA, Control Plans, DFM/DFA, IATF 16949
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
