Skills and Experience Required:
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, or Automation Engineering.
Experience: Approximately 1012 years of relevant experience in PLC, HMI/SCADA, automation, and control system engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA development for SPM, automated machinery, material handling systems, process equipment, and/or plant engineering applications.
Positive programming skills in Ladder Logic, FBD, and Structured Text (ST).
Hands-on experience with Siemens SIMATIC S7 / TIA Portal and/or Allen-Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix PLC platforms.
Experience in using industrial communication protocols (Profinet,



profibus, etc).
Knowledge of digital input/output connections and various analog inputs.
Ability to understand electrical schematic, instrumentation and controls, etc.
Valuable understanding of machine/equipment automation as well as plant-level automation and process control applications.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
