Job Description

Knowledge of web-based system architecture, Service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience in managing expectations and priorities.

Must demonstrate valuable judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.

At least 4+ years experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, ITAM implementation.

Should have built CDM and CSDM models for the different customer base.

Must have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products.

Should have positive knowledge of Service Portal widget development,



customization and creation of Service portal from scratch based on customer requirements and UI designer input.

Manage development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules/products.

Contributes to the strategic development of current platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
