About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and analytical Product Manager to drive the growth and performance of the Mortgage business. The role involves product portfolio management, process enhancement, sales enablement, business analytics, stakeholder management, and coordination with internal and external partners to improve business outcomes and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage recent product launches and drive product communication across the organization.
Improve existing product policies, processes, and portfolio performance.
Partner with L&D; to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion.
Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Analyze market share trends and provide actionable insights to management.




Resolve customer complaints and escalations within defined timelines while ensuring high service standards.
Drive sales force transformation initiatives and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.
Will have to co-ordinate with Product / Credit team of HDFC Bank.

Desired Candidate
MBA or equivalent Postgraduate qualification.
Excellent communication skills & Stakeholder management.
Experience in the mortgage, home loan, housing finance, or retail lending industry
Robust understanding of mortgage products, credit processes, disbursement operations, and self-employed customer segments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business initiatives independently.
