Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and Minimum six (6) years
experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
Minimum two (2) years data analysis, survey research, and/or applied research experience.
• Minimum one (1) year digital data analytics experience.

Minimum two (2) years experience with Python and Databricks

minimum two (2) years in analytical reporting using Elastic/Kibana

Minimum two (2) years experience in Power BI & Dashboards

Experience in Cognos reporting , data modeling and data validation

Additional Requirements

Able to communicate and partner with other teams

Solid organizational, problem solving,analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



including the ability to present to diverse audiences and all levels of management

Licenses and Certifications

Preferred Qualifications

Basic Exposure to ERP Reporting (R, STATA)

Experience in Spreadsheet Server

knowledge of Peoplesoft reporting tools (Pivot Grid)

Must be Familiar with System Development lifecycle

Be able to communicate business requirements working with Development and Product Teams

Be able to conduct User Acceptance testing and work with the business to obtain sign-off

Ability to create, update, and present functional documentation for system enhancements and process changes

Ability to support weekend hours, on-call support and month end and year end close
