We are looking for a highly experienced Storage & Backup Engineer L3 to provide technical leadership for enterprise storage and data protection platforms. The role is responsible for architecture, design, implementation, performance optimization, complex troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and mentoring L1/L2 engineers.
Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage solutions using NetApp, HPE 3PAR, Netgear NAS, and Dell EMC platforms.
Lead storage provisioning, migrations, technology refresh, and infrastructure upgrades.
Architect and administer enterprise backup solutions using Commvault, OpenText Data Protector, and Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM).
Design backup policies, retention strategies, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.




Perform advanced troubleshooting for storage, SAN, backup, replication, and performance issues.
Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, deduplication, compression, and lifecycle management.
Lead disaster recovery planning, backup validation, ransomware recovery readiness, and business continuity initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure, virtualization, database, cloud, security, and application teams on enterprise projects.
Lead storage assessments, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Mentor junior engineers and establish operational standards and best practices.
Manage vendor escalations and support enterprise change management activities.
