Role: ServiceNow Integration Developer (in ServiceNow)

Core Responsibilities
Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (ERP, CRM, HR, Active Directory).
Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Create and manage REST/SOAP APIs for secure data exchange.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and normalization between systems.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for integrations.
Conduct testing and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with business teams, architects, and developers for integration requirements.

Required Skills
Robust ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM, Configuration Management Database, Service Catalog).
Integration technologies:
IntegrationHub
REST / SOAP APIs
JSON / XML
JavaScript and GlideScript for ServiceNow scripting.
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.

Nice-to-Have
Middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
ServiceNow certifications (CIS or IntegrationHub micro-certifications).
