Role & responsibilities

(Must have hands on experience in preparing, filing GST,PT,PF, TDS, ESI, LABOUR LAWS,P/L, B/S up to finalization of accts)

Maintain Ledger: Record daily financial transactions accurately in FOCUS

Reconcile Accounts: Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements to match books.

Tax Compliance: Prepare data for monthly and quarterly PF, ESIC & GST returns.,TDS,ESI,LABOUR LAWS

Invoice Management: Process accounts payable and receivable invoices on time.

Verify Data: Check ledger balances and resolve accounting discrepancies quickly.

Support Audits: Compile financial documents for internal and external audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Software Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Focus and familiar with PF & ESIC Portals

Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of PF, ESIC filings, GST laws, filing, and documentation.

Core Accounting: Proficient in bank reconciliation and journal entries.

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, formulas, and shortcuts.

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.COM/CA Intern )

Attributes: High attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
