Planning and Strategy: Business Executive are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve the company's goals. They work with other managers to identify prospects for growth, assess risk, and develop plans for achieving long-term success.

Financial Management: Business Executive are responsible for managing the company's finances, including creating and monitoring budgets, forecasting financial performance, and overseeing accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Personnel Management: Business Executive are responsible for managing staff and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company's goals. This may include hiring and firing employees, managing performance,



and creating and enforcing policies and procedures.

Operations Management: Business Executive are responsible for ensuring that the company's operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This may include managing inventory, overseeing production, and ensuring that customer needs are being met.
