2.Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee all legal affairs of the organization, ensuring business operations remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Participate and contribute to the negotiation of all Joint Venture agreements, project agreements, and EPC contracts for projects in which the group is awarded preferred bidder status
Develop company policy and position on legal issues
• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to safeguard the companys rights and interests.
Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas
• Engage and coordinate with external counsel as required
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to all departments in the organization




• Litigation management of complex civil, criminal and IP disputes, arbitration, regulatory investigations

Preferred candidate profile
Preferred candidate having experienced legal head / general counsel from a manufacturing , automotive engineering or industrial organization , with robust expertise in contracts ,litigation,labour laws , corporate laws , compliance and dispute resolution and proven ability to independently manage the company's complete legal function.

2.Hands On Experience into corporate and commercial laws, labour and employment laws , ID & Litigation management, Arbitration and dispute resolution , vendor , customer and business agreements, property , lease and land related matters, statutory and regulatory compliance , company law and corporate governance.
