Key Responsibilities
Define project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and governance.
Lead and manage project teams and resources.
Track project progress, KPIs, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Manage customer relationships, escalations, and change requests.
Ensure project quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
Coordinate with customers, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and processes.
Identify improvement prospects and document lessons learned.
