Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to examination operations.
Coordinate examination scheduling activities by working closely with Operations, Technology, Business Development, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Validate and reconcile operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
Support internal audit activities by maintaining documentation, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with defined processes and SOPs.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare dashboards for management review.
Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Ensure timely dissemination of reports and operational updates.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of examination-related data.




Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Advanced functions & Pivot Tables
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Solid attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Knowledge on AI

Below skills will be an added advantage and not a show stopper
Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, SQL, or basic automation tools will be an added advantage.
Exposure to internal audits, compliance monitoring, or operational process audits is desirable.
Familiarity with large-scale operational scheduling and resource planning will be preferred.
