Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology.
Valuable knowledge of screen printing processes and machines.
Experience in production planning and manpower handling.
Understanding of print quality, colour matching, registration, and finishing.
Ability to monitor production targets and reduce rejection/wastage.
Knowledge of production reports and basic MS Office/Excel.
Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of safety, 5S, and SOP compliance.
