Work days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gephels is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to assist our clients with Software-related queries, ensure client satisfaction and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities
Understand and respond to client queries through email, calls or remote access.
Provide software support and troubleshoot user issues efficiently.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
Give training to clients on how to use the software/system.
Continuously improve technical knowledge stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide informed support.
Install, configure and maintain company software at the client end if required.
Coordinate with development teams for bug fix or feature requests.
Able to work on website changes(basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress).

Required Skills




Robust understanding of software systems and general IT knowledge.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical user.
Prior experience in technical client support.
Knowledge of Web technology.
Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using remote support tools.
Use remote desktop tools and monitoring systems to provide real-time assistance when required.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Contribute to knowledge management by creating FAQs, user guides, and improving self-service resources.

Qualifications
MSc, BE or B Tech (in Computer Science, IT or related fields).
