Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and promote Busbar Trunking solutions across industrial, commercial, and residential segments to achieve business growth.
Generate recent business opportunities by conducting market research, developing leads, and expanding the customer base.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support field sales activities and close high-value business opportunities.
Conduct regular product and sales training for the technical team and Relationship Managers to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
Achieve sales, Gross Profit (GP), and inventory turnover targets through effective commercial planning and stock management.
Build and maintain solid relationships with principal brand partners while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
Ensure timely payment collections, accurate documentation, and smooth order execution while maintaining operational and commercial excellence.
