Data Scientist

Location: Pune
Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI/ML, Python, statistics, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying data-driven solutions, identifying automation opportunities, and solving complex business problems using ML and AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy Machine Learning models to solve business problems.
Perform data mining, data wrangling, EDA, feature engineering, visualization, and dataset creation.
Select appropriate algorithms/models based on business requirements.
Work with numeric, text, and image/imaging datasets.
Identify automation opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
Build and improve practical AI/ML solutions independently.
Work with cloud platforms, Azure ML services,



and ML deployment.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
Work with healthcare data sources such as EMR, Epic, laboratory, and pharmacy data where applicable.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, statistical modeling, and Python.
Solid knowledge of Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Solid experience in data mining, wrangling, EDA, visualization, and feature engineering.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and ML services.
Experience in ML model deployment.
Experience working with numeric, text, and image data.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
