Driving key enterprise wide initiatives (including Business Planning and Change Management) N
Identify key strategic issues facing the organization and give insights and recommendations N
Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders N
Forecast strategic and operational variables. N
Simulate and create best fit plans based on market profile. N
Monitoring metrics thatare relevant to Strategic planning. N
Responsible for managing periodical reporting of Strategy performance N
Coordinate with internal functions for driving planning activities N

Support and manage CXOsinterfacing with internal and external stakeholders N
Work on go-to-market strategy, annual business-wise plans (both annual and long-term) N
Identify growth prospects, both short term and long term N

Lead and drive key strategic initiatives (PMO for Strategic Initiatives, which would be encompassing reporting/ tracking activities to closure of a CXO owned initiative – include management reviews and discussion forums) N
Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agenda & efficiency improvement projects with impact across the organization. N

nStrategic Insights

Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis to support planning initiatives N
In terms of business development, facilitate competition bench-marking, deal benchmarking and prepare intelligent analysis on periodic basis N
As part of CXO refresh,prepare setting scans, competitor insights and reports on customers and present the same periodically . N
Conduct internal consulting project to support units N
Support CXO with
