nJob Purpose:
nTo engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, provide information about prescribed diagnostic services and home-care solutions, facilitate service bookings and home sample collection, and achieve assigned monthly targets while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)n
Handling customer complaints and follow-upsn
Handling calls — both inbound and outboundn
Having knowledge of Home Care Servicesn
Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.n
Home Care operations assigned by supervisorn
