Job DescriptionSenior Sales Manager – Outbound Tours NDream Hunters Holidays islooking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager – Outbound Tours to lead our sales team and oversee daily operations at our Kochi and Trivandrum offices.
N Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Travel & Tourism is mandatory. N
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader / Managerial role is required. N
Robust experience in Outbound Tour Sales and Holiday Packages . N
Responsible for achieving and managing the overall team sales targets . N
Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team. N
Manage day-to-day sales operations at the Kochi and Trivandrum office. N
Handle escalations, customer issues and operational requirements effectively. N
Prepare and monitor sales performance,



follow-ups and conversion reports. N
Work closely with the Management on sales strategy, targets and business growth . N
Direct reporting tothe Management. N
Willingness to travel within India and internationally for business-related work, meetings, events and other assignments. N
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. N
Graduate degree or above is mandatory. N
Robust leadership, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills are essential. N
Must be highly target-oriented, disciplined and performance-driven . N
Salary: Starting from ₹50,000/month , based on experience and performance. N
