Role Overview
nWorks in close coordination with the Branch Head, supporting business development activities from client onboarding
nthrough deal closure, along with periodic travel as required for client meetings. Based out of Bengaluru, this role handles the administration and day-to-day operations of the branch. Functions as a key support pillar to the Branch Head, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and branch functioning.
nKey Responsibilities

Support end-to-end business development efforts — identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leadsn
Assist in onboarding current clients, ensuring a smooth transition from first contact to active engagementn
Coordinate and schedule business meetings, handling confirmations, follow-ups, and rescheduling as neededn
Maintain detailed records and trackers of ongoing meetings, discussions, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clientsn
Support deal closures by liaising between clients and internal teams,



ensuring timelines and requirements are metn
Travel periodically, as required, to attend key client meetings and support on-ground coordinationn
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and operations for the branch, including documentation and internal coordinationn
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to maintain long-term alliances and repeat businessn
Identify and develop relationships with current clients to expand the agency's client basen
Act as a reliable point of contact between the Branch Head and internal/external stakeholders, relaying updates and information accuratelyn
Assist the Branch Head with ad-hoc tasks, planning, and coordination as requiredn

nIdeal Candidate

1 to 2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or branch coordination (advertising/agency background preferred)n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a qualified and well-prese
