Job Description
Lead and manage the procurement process for electrical equipment and services required for power projects.
Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with project requirements and organizational goals.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors for electrical equipment and services.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Resolve contract-related issues and disputes effectively.
Oversee the entire supply chain process, from order placement to delivery and installation.
Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Implement strategies for inventory management, logistics, and warehousing as required.

Explore and implement current technologies, such as HTLS/ACSS, to optimize the use of transmission lines.
Manage a significant annual procurement budget, with a focus on cost-saving initiatives and market analysis.
Analyze market trends, commodity fluctuations, and pricing to make informed procurement decisions.
