We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating master data solutions, data quality frameworks, integration workflows, match & merge configurations, survivorship rules, APIs, and end-to-end business processes. This role requires solid analytical skills, expertise in data validation, and experience working within Agile delivery environments.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of Reltio MDM implementation and enhancement projects.
/n
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
/n
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
/n
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
/n
Drive project governance,



risk management, and escalation management processes.
/n
Aas the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
/n
Conduct steering committee meetings, project status reviews, and governance forums.
/n
Stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making.
/n
Build robust relationships with business, technical, and vendor teams.
/n
Oversee implementation of Reltio MDM solutions including entity modelling, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, data stewardship workflows, data governance processes, and reference data management.
/n
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
/n
Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
/n
Lead cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Reltio Developers, Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, QA Engineers, and Data Stewards.
