Job Summary

/n

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in video, motion, and

/n

static creatives to lead execution across performance marketing and brand

/n

storytelling.

/n

You will own end-to-end creative delivery from brief to final output while mentoring a

/n

team of 3–4 designers. This role requires a hands-on creative thinker who can drive

/n

ideation, ensure high-quality execution, and scale performance-driven creatives





/n

across paid, email, web, and lifecycle channels in close collaboration with marketing

/n

and product teams.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

● Own end-to-end design and video execution across paid ads, email, website,

/n

landing pages, and e-commerce assets.

/n

● Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives

/n

(including product videos, explainers, and UGC-style ads) for Meta, Google,

/n

YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

/n

● Translate marketing objectives and performance insights into compelling visual

/n

concepts that drive CTR, engagement, and conversions.

/n

● Lead creative ideation for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives,

/n

continuously testing recent formats, hooks, and trends.

/n

● Mentor and review a small design team, ensuring high creative standards,

effective workflows, and on-time delivery.
