IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida, Sector 16
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 2+ Years in IT/Technology Recruitment
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT/Technology Recruitment.
Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
Robust Boolean and X-Ray search skills.
Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps,



Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced recruitment setting.
Walk-in Drive (2 Days)
