The role:
As a Product Designer at Coram AI, you’ll design the end-to-end experience for an AI-native video security platform used by security and operations teams to monitor, investigate, and respond to real-world incidents. You’ll turn complex workflows (live video, AI detections, multi-site operations, access control, and incident response) into intuitive, high-confidence product experiences.

You’ll have significant ownership from day one: partnering closely with product managers and engineers, speaking directly with customers, and taking work from early concepts through polished,



production-ready designs. This is a high-impact role for a systems-minded designer who enjoys solving technically complex B2B problems, building scalable design foundations, and shipping quickly in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities:
- Own the product design process from early customer discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
- Design workflows for natural language video search, custom AI alert setup, interactive camera walls, and incident deep-dive investigations
- Streamline critical operations like multi-site security oversight, role-based access control, visitor management, and emergency response coordination
- Build, expand, and maintain Coram AI’s UI component library and design system in Figma to ensure speed, accessibility, and visual consistency across desktop and mobile
