nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a Senior Associate – Oracle Cloud Compensation & Benefits Functional to support and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications within a Managed Services (AMS) environment.
nThis role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Advantages modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and seamless perks administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.
nRequired Skills & experience:
nThe role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

6+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Perks modulesn
Solid AMS / production support experiencen
Hands-on in: Compensation cycles & salary planning,
Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management, Incident, SR, and enhancement handlingn
Experience in Fast Formulas (Comp & Benefits)n
Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talentn
Ability to work independently in client-facing environmentsn
Configure and support Oracle Compensation & Benefits modules (end-to-end)n
Manage compensation cycles: merit, bonus, promotions, adjustmentn
Configure plans, eligibility, workflows, worksheets, and budgetsn
Support perks lifecycle: enrollment, life events, rates, dependentsn
Handle Open Enrollment and mid-year changesn
Manage AMS activities: incidents, service requests, enhancements, configurationn
Troubleshoot production issues & post-go-live supportn
Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talentn
Support year-end cycles and continuous improvementsn
Work with global (US & international) compensation & advantages prac
