About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software products, scheduling demos, following up with prospects, and helping convert opportunities into customers.
You will primarily work on selling our SaaS and enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and online enquiries
Contact potential customers and introduce our software solutions
Understand customer business requirements and identify the right product/solution
Schedule and coordinate product demos with interested prospects
Conduct basic product presentations and demonstrations after training




Follow up consistently with leads until closure
Maintain lead information, follow-ups and activities in CRM
Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Send proposals, quotations and product information to prospects
Work closely with the management and technical team during the sales process
Achieve monthly lead generation, demo and sales conversion targets
Research potential companies and target industries for outbound sales
Re-engage old leads and identify new business opportunities

Candidate Profile
0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele-Sales, SaaS Sales or B2B Sales
Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers and senior specialists
Confident in making outbound calls and following up with
