The organization is focused on technology-driven infrastructure, scalable financial solutions and a high-performance distribution model, with ambitious plans for expansion across lending, wealth and fintech. /n /n About the Role: /n We are looking for a hands-on Accountant who can independently manage the complete accounting and statutory compliance cycle. The role will own day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, AP/AR, monthly closing and reporting while working closely with auditors, consultants and internal teams. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
Manage end-to-end accounting, journal entries, provisions, accruals, depreciation and monthly closing.

Handle TDS computation, deductions, payments, returns, Form 16/16A and TRACES reconciliations.

Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation,



RCM and input tax credit.

Perform bank, vendor, customer, inter-company and statutory reconciliations.

/n
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments and ageing.

/n
Prepare trial balance, P&L;, balance sheet schedules and MIS reports.

/n
Support statutory, internal and tax audits, along with Advance Tax, Qualified Tax and PF/ESIC coordination.

Maintain accurate books using Tally/ERP and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
