Manage and monitor the operations of multiple CDX outlets within the assigned region.

Visit colleges, universities, hospitals, and institutions to promote the CDX format and identify potential recent locations.
/n
Build and maintain solid relationships with institutional partners and decision-makers.
/n
Drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility across all CDX outlets.
/n
Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, food safety, and service quality.
/n
Train and mentor outlet teams for effective operations and superior customer service.
/n
Conduct periodic performance reviews, audits, and operational evaluations.
/n
Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and brand activations.
/n




Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
/n
Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency across outlets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
/n
.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
/n
.Proven ability to handle multi-location operations
/n
.Proficiency in MS Office and basic POS systems

.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
