N nJob Role
nThe Process Associate – Retail Operations will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day store operations , ensuring process adherence, timely execution of business initiatives and smooth communication between the corporate office and retail stores.
NThis is a hands-on role requiring strong follow-up, coordination, reporting and execution skills, with a key focus on store operations, campaigns, SOP compliance and operational discipline.

- Coordinate with stores on a daily basis regarding sales, operations, staffing, stock and other business requirements . N
- Monitor and follow up on day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning. N
- Ensure timely communication and execution of business updates, policies, processes and operational guidelines across stores. N
- Track store-level data including sales, stock movement, operational issues and compliance reports . N
- Follow up with stores for daily/weekly reports, stock audits and other operational requirements. N
- Coordinate and support stores in the execution of campaigns, promotions, launches and seasonal activities . N
- Ensure campaigns and promotional activities are executed on time and as per the defined guidelines . N
- Handle and resolve day-to-day operational queries raised by store teams and coordinate with relevant departments when required. N
