The Career Counsellor will guide students in making informed decisions about academic streams, higher education, entrance exams, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group career counselling to students, especially Grades 8–12.
Conduct career aptitude, interest, and personality assessments.
Guide students on academic streams, courses, colleges, universities, and career options.
Support students with college applications, entrance exams, scholarships, and admission processes.
Conduct career awareness workshops, seminars, university sessions, and parent interactions.
Maintain student counselling records and track career-planning progress.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, industry professionals, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Stay updated on emerging careers,



higher-education prospects, and admission trends. Qualification & Experience - Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Career Counselling is preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or educational institution.
