nROLE OVERVIEW:

nThe Business Development Manager will generate current business by sourcing qualified leads, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals, closing deals, and coordinating project handovers.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

nLEAD GENERATION:

n

Research target companies and identify decision-makers in Marketing and HR.
n
Source leads through LinkedIn, Google, Fundoodata, events, referrals, and email outreach.
n
Build and maintain the prospect database with contact details, lead source, and lead stage.
n
Maintain and update all lead activity in the CRM.
n
Reach out to existing contacts with recent services, offers, and relevant campaigns.
n

nLEAD QUALIFICATION:

Research prospects before every sales meeting.
n
Qualify leads using BANT — Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
n
Identify decision-makers, requirements, budgets, and timelines.
n
Update qualification details and next steps in the CRM.
n

nSALES & CLOSING:

n

n




Conduct sales calls and meetings with qualified prospects.
n
Present Cranberry’s creative and digital marketing services, case studies, and results.
n
Recommend services based on the client’s requirements.
n
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations with the internal team.
n
Present proposals and negotiate commercials within approved guidelines.
n
Follow up on proposals and close deals.
n
Identify upselling and recurring business prospects.
n

nCLIENT & INTERNAL COORDINATION:

Document key discussions and decisions through email.
n
Coordinate with the Accounts team through contract and payment closure.
n
Coordinate with the Operations team after deal closure.
n
Hand over the confirmed project with complete scope, commercials, timelines, and client requirements.
n

nSALES ASSETS:

n
Create and update case studies, presentations, proposal templates, and quotation templates.
n
Organize sales assets by service/offer in Google Drive.
n
Keep sales materials updated with new services, projects, and results.
n
