We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Channel Agency Manager to develop and manage the agency distribution channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding insurance agents/POSPs, building the agency network, driving business through the channel, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Agency / POSP Recruitment
Identify and recruit recent insurance agents/POSPs.
Build a strong network of active agents/POSPs.
Conduct meetings, explain business opportunities and complete onboarding.
Continuously expand the agency channel.
Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the agency channel.
Drive insurance sales through agents/POSPs.
Generate business across relevant insurance products such as Motor, Health, Life and other products handled by the company.
Identify current business opportunities and markets.
Experience: 2–5 years in Insurance / Agency / Broking / BFSI/ Pharmacy
Freshers are also welcome, given an outstanding performance
Pay: ₹470,000.00 - ₹530,000.00 per year
