In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market. /n This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and emails, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination.

Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activities

Build solid professional relationships and provide excellent customer experience

1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordination

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emails

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours

Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferred
