Key Responsibilities
Sourcing vendors to suit event requirement.
Maintaining database of Vendors & update the database from time to time.
To execute planning and coordinating event logistics (venue, vendors, schedules, materials).
Handling client communications and in office coordination.
Help prepare event documentation such as checklists, timelines and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
To ensure administrative support including data entry, follow-ups and feedback collection.
