The ideal candidate combines deep conceptual clarity in Chemistry with the ability to teach in an engaging, exam-focused, and student-friendly manner.

nKey Responsibilities

Deliver structured, engaging Chemistry lectures (Organic, Inorganic, Physical) for assigned batches —
n
Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and respond to student queries within defined turnaround times.
n
Track student performance and provide input to the Academic team on students needing additional academic support.
n
Participate in curriculum planning, question-bank creation, and content review with the academic team.
n
Support revision classes, mock tests, and exam-readiness sessions during key academic milestones.
n
Maintain classroom/session discipline and ensure a positive, motivating learning environment.
n

nQualifications & Experience

n
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry M.Sc. or B.Tech
n
B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
n
2–8 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the Class 9–12 level, with exposure to JEE/NEET-pattern teaching.
n
Demonstrated track record of solid student outcomes (batch results, feedback, retention) is a plus.
