Location: Gurugram Experienc: 6+ YOE Industry: Food / Clean Label About the Role We are looking for a Graphic Design Lead who understands how up-to-date brands build solid visual identities and create content that captures attention. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong design thinking with hands-on execution across digital, social, and brand communication channels. You’ll own the visual language of the brand, lead creative execution across campaigns, and ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities - Own and drive visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints - Lead creative development and execution for social media, website, performance marketing creatives, packaging, emailers, and campaigns - Build and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in communication design - Create compelling visual concepts for product launches, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives - Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, growth, content,



and product teams - Lead end-to-end design execution from concept to delivery - Manage and prioritize multiple creative projects while meeting timelines - Identify emerging design trends and visual storytelling opportunities - Review and elevate creative quality across all outputs - Mentor and guide junior designers/freelancers where required What We're Looking For - 6–7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design roles - Robust portfolio across branding, social media, digital campaigns, and storytelling - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related tools - Robust understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design systems - Experience creating high-performing digital creatives - Ability to think conceptually while also being execution-focused - Experience in D2C, food, wellness, lifestyle, or startup ecosystems preferred Bonus Points - Experience with motion graphics/video editing tools - Experience with packaging design and print creatives - Experience managing small creative teams or agencies - Understanding of performance marketing creatives
