nSupport the CBO in driving program management and PMO rigor across cross-functional workstreams. The role will involve tracking key milestones, coordinating follow-ups, supporting leadership reviews and maintaining a solid operating cadence.

Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.

Coordinate follow-ups across cross-functional teams.

Maintain project calendars, trackers and leadership review decks.

Support strategic analysis, reporting and preparation of management updates.

Assist in driving the operating cadence across key initiatives.

Identify gaps or delaysand proactively follow up with stakeholders.

Support the CBO on special projects and strategic initiatives.

0–2 years of experience;

startup, consulting or program management experience preferred.

Solid Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Robust ownership and execution orientation.

High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant sports/apparel/footwear experience is preferred.
