NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a agile business development professional to drive property acquisition and expansion in various regions of India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with both developers and landowners, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions, and managing end-to-end site acquisition—from scouting to documentation to handover.

NKey Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, andacquire suitable fit for multi-screen expansion across designated markets/territories.

Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants, developers, and property owners to source new opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms and scope of work.
N
Conduct comprehensive property scouting—assessing catchment, competition mapping, demographic fit, and site suitability for the multi-screen.
N
Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospective properties/developers to support expansion targets
N
Track market trends, competitor expansion activity, and terms benchmarks in relevant micro-markets.

nRequired Skills & Competencies

Solid network and relationship management skills with developers, landowners, and channel partners.

Ability to read and interpret site layouts, floor plans, and basic technical/civil drawings.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/markets simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for site analysis and presentations.
N
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and market scouting.
N

nQualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration.
N
2–5 years of relevant experience in retail real estate business development, with prior experience in multi-screen, anchor/big-box property expansion, will be preferred.

Experience working with Multi Screen operators, department stores, hypermarkets, or other anchor/big-box formats.
N
Exposure to mall/high-street real estate ecosystems.
