Key Responsibilities:

Analyze account, prospect, pipeline, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.

Build and maintain datasets for account prioritization, segmentation, prospecting, and GTM planning.
n
Use AI and data tools to enrich accounts, research companies, identify buying signals, and improve lead intelligence.
n
Develop and refine ICP models, account scoring, segmentation, and prioritization frameworks.
n
Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline movement, and campaign effectiveness.
n
Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
n
Improve data quality, accuracy, enrichment, and reporting across GTM systems.
n
Apply GenAI/LLMs and automation to prospect research, lead qualification, data enrichment, and GTM workflows.
n
Build dashboards and reporting to track GTM performance and proactively surface insights.
n

nWhat We're Looking For:

n

n

n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
n




2–5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, business analytics, GTM analytics, revenue operations, or a related role.
n
Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/visualization tools.
n
Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs, and automation tools.
n
Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful business insights.
n
Understanding of B2B SaaS, sales funnels, CRM data, or GTM processes is strongly preferred.
n
Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar GTM platforms is a plus.
n
Experience with ICP development, account scoring, intent data, lead enrichment, or sales analytics is a robust advantage.
n
Robust communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
n
A proactive, commercially curious mindset ; someone who can independently investigate a business problem, identify prospects, and recommend what the GTM team should do next.
