NAbout the Role

nXtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers.

NKey Responsibilities

Achieve sales and revenue targets through recent business development and key account management.
N
Identify and acquire recent enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.
N
Drive large and strategic deal closures.
N
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
N
Conduct regular client meetings and develop a robust sales pipeline.
N
Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.
N
Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.
N
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
N




Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.
N

nPreferred Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.
N
Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV, Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.
N
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.
N
Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail.
N
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
N
Highly driven with strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.
N
Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.
