Gigamon India is looking for a strong Senior QA Manager to lead our energetic GigaSMART team responsible for planning and testing embedded systems functionality with a focus on innovative high-performance applications in network security technologies. The Manager will manage resources effectively to deliver commitments on schedule, cultivate a high-performing team and constantly raise the bar. You will closely collaborate with peer development and QA teams, architecture, customer support, and product line management. As a key member of the Engineering management staff, contribute to the vision and strategy of continuous integration, improved development processes, quality, and productivity improvements.
What you will do:
- Manage the GigaSMART Functional QA teams for the Gigamon’s network visibility suite comprising of Appintel solutions
- Implement comprehensive automation gates to ensure functional accuracy, monitor the automation effectiveness through CI/CD, and follow an automated first model
- Managing resources effectively to deliver commitments on schedule




- Cultivate a high performing team and constantly raise the bar
- Ability to attract, groom and retain top talent
- Closely collaborate with peer development and QA teams, architecture, customer support, and product line management
- Work with team for a functional testing strategy with a focus on automation and customer use case centric
- As a key member of the Engineering management staff, contribute to the vision and strategy of continuous integration, improved development/QA processes, quality and productivity of test functions • Ensuring Timely test case execution with a customer quality focus
- Field escalations; working with support and development in troubleshooting and reproducing field reported escalation issues
- Recognize process and product gaps early and able to drive changes to achieve better outcomes
- Understand Product architecture and its implications on feature and system test
