Role:

Head Human Resources

Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing and executing TLC DigiTech’s human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. In this role, you will architect scalable HR systems and drive the modernization of HR workflows through artificial intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic People Leadership & AI Integration
Design and execute an end-to-end People Strategy aligned with business milestone in product innovation and market expansion.
Identify, pilot, and deploy AI-driven HR tech tools to optimize workflows across talent acquisition, sentiment analysis, performance evaluations, and employee lifecycle management.
Build automated, intelligent workforce analytics models to forecast attrition, plan headcount, manage performance and identify skill gaps.

HR Workflows & Operational Excellence
Architect, standardize, and scale core HR workflows across onboarding, compliance, payroll, appraisal cycles, and offboarding.
Lead the optimization and maintenance of enterprise HRMS/HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting.




Establish SLA-driven HR shared services to ensure smooth, transparent employee support.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Lead high-impact talent acquisition strategies.
Establish a robust competency mapping and performance management framework
Develop structured succession plans, high-potential employee programs and continuous technical/sales upskilling initiatives.

Culture, Compensation & Total Rewards
Benchmark and design competitive total rewards strategies.
Foster a high-trust, merit-driven product culture.

Desired Outcomes
Engage with functional leaders and business head to gauge talent requirements
Lead identification, design & facilitation of trainings programs
Continuously drive execution excellence in HR operations and processes

Education

Full time Master’s degree / MBA in Human Resources from a Tier-1 Business School (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIMs, SCMHRD, MDI, or global equivalent).

Experience

15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading HR in a product-led tech company, SaaS firm, or high-growth startup.
